1. Exhibition procedures:

1. Exhibitors must be legal production or sales enterprises registered with relevant authorities;

2. Exhibitors fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail and affix the official seal, and mail or fax it to the office of the organizing committee.

3. After registration, the exhibitor must remit the relevant fees to the designated account of the organizing committee office within 3 days;

4. The booth arrangement is based on the principle of registration first, payment first, and arrangement first, and the organizing committee office has the right to adjust a small number of booths.

5. The organizing committee office will send a detailed explanation of the exhibition manual, etc. 30 days before the exhibition.

2. Instructions for participating in the exhibition:

1. Exhibitors are not allowed to sublease or distribute all or part of the booth to others, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to take back the booth, and the booth fee will not be refunded.

2. Exhibitors must ensure that the exhibited products are within the scope of this exhibition, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to remove the exhibits from the exhibition or confiscate them by law enforcement officers on the spot, and take back the booth, and the booth fee will not be refunded.

3. Exhibitors must strictly abide by the on-site regulations of the exhibition and are not allowed to occupy space outside their booths for display and publicity.

4. This exhibition will have a silent exhibition hall, in order to maintain a good communication environment, it is recommended that exhibitors do not use audio equipment.

5. Exhibitors are prohibited from withdrawing early for any reason, not to withdraw midway, or to leave the booth unattended.

6. The organizing committee has the right to forcibly stop the exhibitor's misconduct in violation of the exhibition regulations, and to sue for the adverse effects and losses caused by the exhibitor's misconduct, and claim financial compensation.

7. Exhibitors must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations on exhibitors.
