As an important component of the petrochemical industry, synthetic resins play a key role in the national economy and strategic emerging industries. According to comprehensive industry forecasts, by 2026, China’s consumption of synthetic resins is expected to exceed 135 million tons. Demand continues to expand in emerging application areas such as drones, humanoid robots, new energy equipment, and high-end medical devices. At the same time, the industry still faces challenges such as prominent homogenized competition and difficulties in promoting domestic high-end products.
